Life wasn't moving to much, and due to the raising of his rent, he needed to pick up a second job to make his ends meet. He didn't mind, he seemed to have a lot of down time these days, and what better than to have something to do anyhow? So that is why he was currently in the Hotel. He'd never stayed here once in his life, so it was a bit of a neat job to have. Granted his job was turning down rooms after Guests left. It wasn't horrible. A bit lonely at tims with no one to talk to, but hey it was better than just being at home alone. He hadn't seen Hikaru for awhile, figuring he was busy with work. So why not busy himself. His Dody was upset these days without it's new best friend, so he didn't let her out that often anymore since she'd just mope anyhow.
With a stretch after changing the sheets on the bed, he turned and got the new clean cover set on it, unfolding it onto the mattress, and before covering the top he set clean pillows down then covered it with the cover. He went about the room after that spot checking things needing cleaned or replaced, and when he was finished he and his wonderful cart left the room. Ugh, this thing was so bulky and annoying he hated dealing with it, but it was something he had to deal with.
When he finally finished the rooms he had to care for he headed to where he returned the cart, turned in the master room key then he headed out. Right, an hour or so to kill until he needed to head over to the Cat's Eye for his shift there. He wondered if he should get some lunch first or not, he wasn't feeling to terribly hungry though. When the elevator dinged he stepped out and headed for the main lobby to pass through it to the exit. He still was surprised by how nice it was in here. No matter, not like he'd ever be in here more than to just work. He headed out the main doors sighing a bit as he shivered a bit pulling his jacket on tighter. Chilly Morning Winter air.. He wasn't a fan.
