Pondering a New Character

His name: Emil
His Classification: Most likely a Rocket
His Pokemon: Still undecided--but probably some sort of fire or fighting type

His Family: He does have a sister, who looks almost like him, but she is older, tends to baby him and he tends to complain he's "Capable of fending for himself" even thought he does still live with her

More than that is undecided so if anyone thinks he might be a good idea, or has thoughts/plots they'd like to come up with for him, I might make him--but since Amos is still sitting reply-less [poor guy lol] I figured i'd run an interest thread thing FIRST before just making him
