► OVERALL APPEARANCE ► Standing at an impressive five foot five inches, Logan Nightingale is not exactly tall; rather she is of a petite yet athletic build, possessing a curvy, hourglass-shaped body. Her body is toned and fit due to her extensive yoga, running and surfing – Olivine City was only an hour and a half’s bike ride from home, after all. Her skin is of a natural sun-kissed olive, a result not only from her lineage but from constantly spending her time outside as well. It is flawless, save for the nasty scars riddling the entirely of her backside; they span from her left elbow across her backside down to end at the underside of her left knee. She also has a few tattoos -- three small bird silhouettes on left collarbone, a gold fleur de li on top of her right foot -- as well as three lobe piercings and one cartilage helix piercing in her right ear, and two lobe piercings in her left ear.
Logan carries herself with confidence, walking at a smooth, purposeful glide.
What may be the most distinctive part of Logan’s appearance would be her hair. A true blonde, it is unusually long, falling past her waist and even her knees in a thick, straight waterfall of gold. It is somewhat difficult to care for, but for the most part she can do anything she wants with it, but she refuses to cut it, preferring the long, silky soft locks over any shorter length.
If she is not identifiable by her ridiculously long hair, her eyes will most definitely do the trick. While many people have blue eyes varying from baby blue to cobalt, hers are a bright, stunning electric blue and framed by thick, long eyelashes. To enhance the shocking color of her irises she tends to outline her eyes in charcoal or black liquid liner and various eyeshadow hues.
Logan is never seen wearing a Rocket uniform. Long ago she used to, and she wore it with pride; now she can only be found in the colors of the organization, but not the official garb. She can be seen in a variety of clothing depending on her mood and the weather. She is quite fond of bright colors and lacy, feminine garments and heeled footwear, although she will wear sandals and the occasional running shoes when not exercising. She is a stickler for good hygiene, and absolutely despises mud and getting dirty.

► GOALS ►
► HABITS & QUIRKS ►
► OVERALL PERSONALITY ► First and foremost – and never to be forgotten – Logan Nightingale is an icy bitch. It comes natural to her, to the point that she has trouble being nice. There is no rhyme or reason to this, it is simply who she is. Sarcastic and cynical, her humor is dry and quite frequently insulting in some manner. And watch out for her viper tongue and the fiery, unforgiving temper that she possesses. An old, jaded soul, it is difficult to believe such a charming young woman can be so…dark.
Logan is normally calm and poised, impossible to rattle unless the right buttons are pushed hard enough. She comes from old money, and she would be proud to show as much, whether you would like her to or not. Oh no, she is not brattish or anything of that matter, but she is quite the outgoing, social butterfly when she chooses to be and is not afraid to speak her mind. Clever and full of charm and an uncommonly sharp wit, she is rarely at a loss for words and knows how to manipulate others to get what she wants. Logan carefully analyzes every situation and her options to see how she will benefit and what she will receive from the resulting outcome; she looks out for the wellbeing of herself and her pokémon, a hardly anyone else’s. You would have to make a big impression on her should you wish for her to even think twice about you. While not entirely arrogant, she often comes across as much – not that she is about to do anything to change that impression. Despite her confidence and icy aloofness, oftentimes it is nothing more than a façade, a ruse that she puts on in public and around her peers and colleagues. She hides her insecurities and vulnerabilities behind figurative walls of cold, impenetrable iron and has no intention of bringing those walls down. That better-than-you attitude she takes on is little more than a front she puts up so that others do not see those insecurities – she cannot show weakness, not with so many people ready and more than willing to take her out. Because of this, she is not very trusting of others, in that to gain her trust would be a remarkable feat; to lose that trust would guarantee the impossibility of ever fully getting it back.
While this lovely blonde can be such a pessimistic, sometimes melodramatic, wicked witch or the west who often seems cold and uncaring, she is far from a horrible person. At least, as far as one of her standing can be. Provided she wants to be, Logan can be pretty easy-going and even relaxed the more one gets to know her, and if she happens to trust you enough she is quite fun to be around. Although she can be quite sensual and seductive, she is normally not the affectionate or romantic type at first. If you get her on a topic of conversation she enjoys she becomes a chatterbox, opening up more than usual; in reality she enjoys such conversations with those on a similar level of intelligence.
Her friendly side has slightly deteriorated during her time with Team Rocket, though, mostly due to those she is forced to be around and to the fact that she no longer sees eye to eye with her Rocket colleagues – and has not for quite some time. At times she is moodier and far more easily provoked than usual, to the point where her drill sergeant persona has become more critical and aggressive. She has no intentions of bringing such a secret out in the open, and least not until she wants to. She may despise the things she has done in the past, but she is not naïve to what would happen if she were found out.
If you can manage to look past her decisions and get her to open up, you will certainly have a loyal, lively and charming young woman as a good friend and ally. Otherwise you will have a dangerous and cunning enemy on your hands.
- Chocolate… Like any other woman on the Earth, Logan has a great weakness for chocolate, specifically milk and white chocolate. She does not have to be in any particular mood to eat any, if there is some lying around it will eventually disappear.
- Nail polish… One will never see her with her nails plain and bare; even if she has no color on her nails, she always has a clear coat of some kind on them to keep them maintained and respectable. She has a tendency to use various polish shades, most notably nudes, greys and metallics.
- Gummy bears… Another result of her large sweet tooth, if she does not want chocolate she will go for the tangier taste of gummy bears. She always tries to have a small container of them on hand for when she reaches for them.
- Surfing… A lover of the outdoors, she would always spend her free time off the shores of Olivine City, or sometimes in Cianwood City, catching the best waves that she could. She has a collection of surf boards in her home in Ecruteak, and even a few in her apartment in Celadon, for when she can get away to Cinnabar Island to enjoy the surf.
- Sketching… If she is not doing anything else, or when she finds herself in a mood of inspiration, Logan can be found perched somewhere – it could be anywhere – with a sketchbook in her lap and pencils scattered all about her. Just as surfing is a stress relief and welcome release, so is her sketching and drawing.
► DISLIKES ►
- Children… She hates them. Absolutely hates children. And they do not like her, either. From the time they figure out how to get around until they are adults, she cannot stand them. The whining, crying, complaining; she especially loathes those children who are spoiled rotten and immature. Kids backtalk, too – she cannot stand that.
- Sour foods… Someone always has some kind of food they do not like, and for Logan it is any sour food. She can handle a little sourness, but too much disgusts her to where she will not even eat. She will occasionally give her food a tanginess for seasoning purposes, though.
- Worrying… With her lifestyle and occupation, there is absolutely no room whatsoever for worry and doubt. They lead to hesitation and lack of proper action, which inconsequentially become fear and mistakes. Because of this she will not let her doubt show beyond the minor emotion, and if she does happen to worry she will never let it show. If Logan is ever visibly worried, then you should worry as well.
- Being interrupted… She has punished people for interrupting her midsentence or mid-action before. It is not only the fact that it is rude to interrupt someone, but unless it is a matter of urgency it can usually wait until she is finished with whatever she is doing or saying. This boils down to showing how much others respect and fear her, and she prefers for others to have a healthy amount of both towards her.
- Being disrespected… Logan is a big believer on showing respect to those older and in higher authority than you. Even though she may not always show as much, particularly around Rocket authorities, she does keep a healthy respect for others, and certainly expects as much in return and from insubordinates.
► FEARS & PHOBIAS ►
- Tight, dark spaces… There has never been any explanation of Logan’s Claustrophobia, only that it is severe and has been known to send the normally calm and collected woman into a panic.
- Fire & burning to death… After the accident with the Tyranitar, her perspective of fire has never been the same. Azrael will not even use his Flamethrower because he does not want to push her over the edge.
- Seeing Team Rocket’s influence spread outside of Kanto… As much as she once stood for everything Team Rocket believed in, she hates what she has helped to create within Kanto, and dreads what may happen if the other regions catch the gang’s greedy eyes.
- Losing Azrael… If anything were to happen to her precious companion, she would not know what do to with herself. It is an idea she does not dare consider.
► GOALS ►
- To fully train a Hydreigon… Coming from a long line of Dark, Ghost and Psychic type trainers, of which a Hydreigon has never been tamed as a companion, it has been Logan’s goal to not only be the first to accomplish such a feat but to simply tame one of the marvelous beasts.
- To see the Legendaries each region… Living in a city within a region big on tradition and legends, she has always been fascinated by the many myths surrounding the legendary pokémon of each region, and has made it a sort of bucket list to at least glimpse each Legendary before she dies.
- To settle down peacefully, far from criminal organization influence… A recent goal of hers, Logan has decided it would be best to live the rest of her life quietly away from major cities and the general population, preferably where she cannot be found unless she wants to be; just her and her pokémon, minding their own business.
► HABITS & QUIRKS ►
- Nail Picker... Logan tends to play with her nails… all of the time. It does not matter what sort of mood she is in, whether she is angry or upset or otherwise fine, you very well may find her fiddling with her nails. At least she does not bite her nails, and she keeps nail strengthener on them at all times.
- Talks to herself… When Logan is alone – and occasionally when she is in public, she will tend to mutter under her breath and seem to talk to herself, usually when working on something or making a decision.
- Eating gummy bears… The woman has a near obsession for the bear-shaped gummies, so much so that she keeps a personal stash on her at all times.

► OTHER FAMILY ► Paternal family in Unova, maternal family in Ecruteak

► OVERALL HISTORY ► Michelangelo met Vivian while on his journey through Johto, not long after he turned seventeen. A native of Unova, he was a bit naïve when travelling through the region, particularly when he arrived in Ecruteak with his ragtag team of pokémon. Sure they were powerful, and he was a bit overconfident when challenging the gym where Vivian trained. He did not even make it past her, one of the younger of the gym trainers. Oh, they despised each other; Michael, with his boisterous and arrogant attitude and Vivian, cool and sophisticated. He knew he was way out of her league, even when he decided to stick around and learn more of the ancient city.
About half a year later, Vivian gave in to Michael’s advances and tied the knot under Ho-Oh’s watchful eye outside the Bell Tower. The young couple spent another year venturing into Unova, giving Michael time to show his wife his home region, before returning to Ecruteak and settling down to start a family. Vivian had two miscarriages before finally giving a successful birth, in the form of Logan. As their only child, Michael and Vivian devoted their time to their little girl, fearful of anything that may happen to her and doing everything to give her a good life.
And a good job they did, with the guidance of their own parents when they grew lost. When Logan was six, Michael arranged for a Zorua to be sent from Unova as a birthday present for her. Not long after that – five years seems a short time to parents – they reluctantly let her roam Johto, even with the companionship of her pokémon. The two fared pretty well, growing closer and closer through each battle until Azrael and Logan became nearly inseparable. Even when Logan was charmed and recruited into the infamous Team Rocket; it could not be classified as a rebellious streak, no, but rather she was young and seemed to find a sort of fellowship within the gang. At least at first. She climbed quickly to Admin status as a result of her determination and quick, strategic thinking. It was not long after though – about two years – when she began to get cold feet. The straw that broke the Camerupt’s back came when her group of Scouts and Grunts were trying to catch a Tyranitar at the base of Mt. Silver, just between Kanto and Johto; the beast went rogue and caused a wildfire. Logan was caught up in it, trapped by a fallen and quickly burning tree, and narrowly escaped a burning death thanks to Azrael and a few more loyal Grunts.
Needless to say, once she was recovered she left, filing a hiatus and began a three-year travel throughout Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. She stayed between her father’s hometown of Opelucid City and the Dragonspiral Tower. She was actually researching the tower and the Unovian dragon myths when the Rockets caught back up with her. Her hiatus was officially over by order of Giovanni himself; Rebel activity was increasing and needed to be stamped back down. The death of one of the newer Admins only fueled the desperation. She was needed, whether she liked it or not. Her reintegration was smooth and quick, and with more than some reluctance she helped put down the Rebels for a time – and not quietly either. It just so happened that a few people, Rebels and Rockets alike, may have lost their lives…
That is not to say she agreed with it. Even now, she does not like what has become of Kanto’s biggest city. And she fears what may happen to the rest of Kanto and even the other regions if the Rockets keep at it. It is not as if she could leave peacefully, though, and she is not exactly disposable. So for now she has decided to sit tight and wait until an opportunity to get away comes along – although it seems she is stuck and in for the long haul…

► LIFETIME PARTNER ►
► NAME ► Azrael
► SPECIES ► Zoroark
► ABILITY ► Illusion
► PERSONALITY ► Loyal, sarcastic and witty. A clever smart ass through and through, Azrael complements his beloved trainer in almost every way possible. He has a slight fetish for citrus fruits and gin and tonic, and if he is not watching Logan draw he is probably snooping around in her novel collection or dozing. He has a temper just as nasty as Logan’s and is fiercely protective of her, to the point of defending her with his very life; a product of devoting his time and affections solely to her. Charming and savvy, he easily intimidates even the burliest male that dares cross his human companion. Like any other Zoroark, he has a penchant for tricks and will occasionally give in to the guilty pleasure, creating elaborate illusions to surprise and frighten his victims. Despite his antics, though, he holds a deep love for Logan, and does not trust anyone else when it comes to her safety and happiness.
