The rocket guard was just about to regain his confidence once the other rockets came in with their pokémon, but this still didn't seem to care that he was surrounded. Well, that was about to change!
"Alright, on my mark." The leader called. "ATTACK!" The rockets pokémon all attacked Akira at once, flamethrowers and quick attacks, bites and scratches. Houndooms charging their thunder fangs, Baulbasuars with razor leaves and...splash. Surely this one kid couldn't get out of all this...right?

What was wrong with this damn stupid human? He had enough time in which to at the very least make an attempt to escape and have enough of a head start to possibly avoid these rockets before they had appeared, so why hadn't he? The Weavile had momentarily allowed it's attention to turn and focus solely upon the human it called friend, the very look upon that were firmly in place upon Akira's features was certainly a worrying one. It were something that could possibly only be described as a near crazy look and not exactly the good kind of crazy either; it was one of those ones where you would no doubt want to stay away from that particular individual.
But despite all that; Kia was not about to abandon this human - no matter how stupid he may have been behaving. And it certainly was not his way, not after all that they both had been through during the years in which they had been partner's - that would have been for weaker pokemon. Though even all the confidence in the world could not get them out of this situation, all that he would be able to do was at the very least lessen the damage that would be caused by all that were aimed at them both right? That was the hope at least.
So that was what the Weavile did, position itself so both the dark pokemon and Akira were standing as close together as were possible before forcing out a blast of icy air to surround and circle them - though it were not that significant at the very least it was hoped to fend off the less adventurous of those would would not wish to get close due to the cold and [hopefully] fend off the worst of the other attacks. But this was not enough; the constant barrage of flames, leaves and electricity eventually forced their way through through the ice and wind and in turn striking the pair. And naturally it were not the most pleasant of experiences.

"Alright, hold!" The leader yelled out. It was quite an impressive display of attacks but there was now too much smoke to see what had happened to Akira, if he was smart he would've guarded somehow but even then there was too much. The leader sent one of the grunts into the smoke to see what became of the kid and the grunt reluctantly inched toward the center of the smokeball. Trying to see if there was any danger left. Surely nobody could survive that...right?

So much for thinking that it were a good idea in any way to hang around and accept what was to happen to him; but then again Akira had not exactly been the most mentally stable person over recent times. But then again; considering all that had happened to him six months earlier after that stormy night where he had gotten arrested and taken to that hell hole - to put it extremly mildly - who would be sane? Especially after all the horrors he had been put through, but it was also probably not a good thing either considering his current situation. But it were too late now; what had happened could not be reversed now.
But still, maybe he had gone a little too far with the way he had acted it was no surprise to Akira that he had gotten himself into this situation. Though it were only as the attacks were halted and the full extent of the pain that came as a result of such were registered that truly took it's toll; granted it had hurt bad when the multiple attacks had been in full force they had dulled some of the pain - but that that there was nothing to distract the rebels mind it all came rushing back at once. Both before and now the burns, electricutions and cuts which ha dpreviously jsut forced Akira to his knees, but now that it had ended he was on the verge of consciousness. Akira certainly wasn't much of a threat for now, but there was obviously enough of a fight left in him that kept the rebel from collapsing - but then again even if he and the unconscious Weavile besdie him were dragged off anywhere it were doubtful he would put up too much of a fight in their current condition.

The rocket grunt was frightened that Akira managed to still be standing after that barrage but he could barely stand so he wasn't too much of a threat. "He's still alive sir, conscious even." The rocket leader walked over, rather impressed with Akira'a tenacity. "Well, I commend you on withstanding that. Take him in." The rockets surrounded Akira and approached him with handcuffs, they also set out a cage to trap the weavile in.

Akira had to admit, despite the barrage that had been thrown his way if there was one thing in which the rebel was grateful for and that was the fact in which the very sight of him still being concious - even if Akira were struggling with such a detail, though it didn't prevent the slight smirk forming upon his features. If he had been in more of a condition to do so there would be no doubt he would have been laughing, but not at this particular point in time he wouldn't be.
All Akira found himself doing was simply staring at and listening to the rocket leader as the handcuffs were placed upon his wrists and his Weavile place din the cage. "At least i did something right then." That was all the response that Akira could manage, for now anyway - not that he would be saying much for a while anyway.

"Alright sir, we got 'em." The rickets managed to detain Akira and the weavile and were preparing to transport him to their headquarters. "Alright, good work man, let's bring them back, and then we can see if he knows anything about the other rebels that have been around here."
The rockets locked up Akira and weavile and placed them in an armored van to transport them to base.
OOC that okay with you?
